I grew up in Queens, right down the block on 166th street with the McQueen family...Tarji and I were in the same classes at P.S.140, from the 1st through the 4th grades... I recall her being the cutest girl in the neighborhood, smartest kid in class, & the fastest girl on the block...(She loved to run and got a kick at beating all the boys at racing)... I am very sorry to hear of her passing, and I wish to send my condolences to her family...

To the family of T.J, We want you to know that we are truly sorry for your loss. At times it can be difficult to find the right words, however one thing we can be sure of is God's promises from his word the Bible. One promise that is bringing many people comfort to cope during such a time is at Acts 24:15, which is the resurrection of those who have lost their lives in death, imagine the time when you will be reunited with T.J. My sister for life...... Not sure if it's unfortunate or fortunate that we are ALL foreigners here and will be leaving soon. What I do know is that , my heart ACHES and still cannot grasp this. Although I know that joy comes in the morning, it will still be accompanied by sadness. May you sleep in heavenly peace until we meet again . I LOVE YOU!!
