If you post pictures and condolences on Facebook, please also post on Angela's "Tribute Wall." Angela Letrice (Sanders) Heath, passed peacefully on April 2, 2020. She was born July 29, 1959 to the late Willie C. and Glorious Lee (Sellers) Sanders. She was a proud graduate of Franklin High School class of 1977. After high school, Angela began her career at American Cyanamid and then joined AT&T. She worked there 35 years before retiring in August 2018 as a Billing Operations Analyst. Angela had many interests. While working at AT&T she studied and became an Independent Travel Agent and a Licensed Real Estate Agent with ReMax, where she worked until her illness. Angela loved traveling. She looked forward to the annual “Girl’s Trip” with her friends. They traveled within the US and abroad. This is what inspired her to become a travel agent. Angela also had a love for singing. She was formerly a member of the Mass Choir at First Baptist Church where she was a member for many years. She served briefly with the Hospitality Ministry and the Culinary Ministry while there. Angela truly loved her family. She loved shopping for everyone. Her generosity and support was unending, especially during the holidays. Affectionately known to her nieces and nephews as “Aunt Angie”; if she wanted something for them, she would get it. No matter what. They can also attest to the fact that solving problems was one of her favorite things to do. If there was an issue, Aunt Angie had a solution for it. They braced themselves when she would say “you know”, and what followed could be described as “a shot with no chaser”, dispensed with sincere love of course. Her infectious smile, bubbly personality and kind spirit will be missed by many. Angela is predeceased by her parents, Minister Willie C. and Pastor Glorious L. Sanders, and her brother Minister Mendez Sanders. She is survived by two sisters, Cynthia S. Roberts El (Carlos), Patricia Sanders-Byers (George), brother David N. Sanders, four nephews, William J. Sanders, Jeffery M. Sanders, Jarred D. Sanders, Gavin J. Roberts, three nieces, Kayla M. Sanders, Stephanie L. Sanders, Dayna K. Sanders, two great nieces, Evanjaleen N. Sanders, and Mila Skyy Sanders along with a host of aunts and cousins. We are thankful for all the love and well-wishes we have received. It helps our family to know that she touched so many people throughout her life.
