Antoinette Yvette Hall Mar 30th, 1974 - February 12th, 2019 Antoinette Yvette Hall (Annette), departed this life and returned to the arms of her Creator on February 12th, 2019. Antoinette was born on March 30, 1974, in St. Michaels, Barbados to her mother Yvette Coppin Williams and her father, Livingston Cole. In 1989 she moved to the United States and resided in Brooklyn NY where she spent most of her teenage and young adult years. Annette attended Parkinson Secondary School in Barbados and Thomas Jefferson High School in Brooklyn NY. Over the past 15+ years Annette worked as a certified training technician at Green Brook Regional Center (GBRC) where she was loved and admired by many of her peers and patients. On Dec 23, 1994 (Annette) married Andrew Hall “Landa” who was her partner in life for over 25 years. Annette was a kind-hearted and nurturing wife, daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, cousin, and godmother. She carried a smile that brought light to any dull room. Annette loved to read, and with her discovery of audiobooks, that love for reading grew even more. She listened to her audiobooks all the time; therefore it was scarce that you would see her without her headphones but let’s not be fooled, she would not allow it to monopolize all her attention. She was always very aware of what was going on around her, and would often chime in at times by saying and I quote “I got on my headphones on, but trust me I cuh hear wunna.” After the discovery of her illness, Annette developed a deep interest in diamond art beading, so along with her love for listening to audiobooks, she spent most of her days creating beautiful pieces of art. She wanted to leave behind beautiful imageries that here family and friends could remember her by, creating these works of arts and giving them as gifts to family and friends as keepsakes. Annette was by far one of the best cooks in the family, so our family gatherings will never be the same, certainly because her presence will be missed and also because NO ONE can duplicate that macaroni pie of hers. Antoinette Hall is survived by her husband, Andrew Hall; mother, Yvette Coppin Williams; father, Livingston Cole; stepfather, Leroy Williams; sisters, Yolande Crosby, Natasha Coppin, Suejean Harewood Petra Harewood; brother, Rudie Coppin; step-sister, Shemaine Williams; grandmother, Clotille White; nieces, Tatiana Crosby, Rianna Coppin, Britain Evans; aunts, Joslyn Coppin, Denetha Coppin, Sharon Coppin; uncle, Oneal Coppin; cousins, Kelly, Kevin, Sheena, Shawn, Keisha, Korrie, Damani, Daneya, Calvin, Calila, Bruce, Jamal, Shantonia, Jomo, Calvin, Juliet, Kayla, Kadeen, to name a few; godson, Ashton Coppin; and a host of family and friends locally and abroad. “God has seen fit to call Antoinette Hall (Annette) home, but she will forever live on in our memories."
