Damajia Jenay Horner

Damajia Jenay “Majia” Horner, suddenly & tragically went to be with the Lord on November 7, 2021 at the age of 15. Predeceased by her grandmother Elaine Horner. Loving Daughter of her best friend-Jennifer Horner and Timothy Conley. Leaving behind siblings on her mother’s side Nathaniel, Teayanna, Quinzell, shaylena, Kimora, Brarack and Faith. On her father’s side leaving behind her grandmother Gloria Conley, sister Qua’eesa and brothers Derrick and Raequann. Also, leaving behind her extended friends and family. Damajia was born September 23, 2006. She attended Newark Kipp Collegiate High School where she was loved by many. She was smart, loving and had the ability to light up the room with her smile. She was funny and never failed to make everyone laugh. She enjoyed spending her time with her siblings and friends, loved video chatting her best friend Nafee, making videos and cracking jokes. Majia was best at teasing her brothers and sisters and eating all the popsicles. She knew how to always keep her mother on her toes. She was a child entrepreneur. She was gifted in many ways- one being the glue to her family. She was a protector. She had dreams of becoming a rapper, being rich and owning a quad. She obsessed over her sneakers. Some of the things she loved were, the color red, her moms blue smoked chicken, and Sponge Bob. She loved rough housing and dancing. Her favorite rapper was NBA Young Boy. His first album she knew by heart every single song. If you really knew her you knew her famous quote— “It’s big maj Juherrd!” She will forever be missed and never forgotten.
