Debbie Hoyt Lattanzio 62, peacefully passed away on August 2, 2021. Debbie was born on July 1, 1959 in Plainfield to the late Guy Paul Hoyt Sr. and Carol Rosato Hoyt and was a devoted homemaker who dedicated her life to advocating for her children and bringing awareness to causes such as special education and cancer research. Debbie was passionate about her work with the March of Dimes, an organization dedicated to improve the health of mothers and babies. She was passionate about history and art, and brought that into her work with others. She touched the lives of many and worked closely with local schools and education officials. She was a devoted wife, mother, and friend who will be sadly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. Debbie is survived by her husband Larry Lattanzio, loving children, Jessica Lattanzio-Cox and husband Tristan, Laura Lattanzio and Mario Lattanzio, her loving brother and sister Guy Hoyt Jr. and Heidi Hoyt, and her nieces and nephews, Sean Hoyt, Maria Demarco, and Sheridan Hoyt. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Melanoma Research Foundation, 1420 K St NW 7th Floor, Washington, DC 20005 or March of Dimes at marchofdimes.org.
