Icilma Agnola Samuel was born on January 31, 1965 on the beautiful island of St. Kitts W.I. to Cynthia Samuel Parrott and Rupert Herbert. Icilma was the third of six children and the first daughter. Icilma grew up most of her young life in St. Thomas Virgin Islands where she graduated form the Charlotte Amalie high school in 1986. As a young woman Icilma migrated to New Jersey to continue her education. She completed her studies and received her license as a CNA. Icilma was always a quiet and soft spoken person. Many people called her stubborn, but Icilma was very determined and once her mind was made up about something she was not changing it. She was blessed with two wonderful sons Devon Mbachu (deceased) and Jarrell Samuel. She loved her sons. She was a single mother who worked hard for her children, and ensured they received an education. Icilma lost her son Devon ten years ago which hurt her deeply. Everyone looking at Icilma after Devon's death would say that she was a strong woman, but Icilma grieved silently and left everything in the hands of God. Icilma knew Jesus Christ as her Savior, and during her illness she trusted him. Through all her trials and tribulation Icilma continued to sing her favorite song "It is well". We know that it is well with her. Praise Almighty God. She leaves to mourn her Son Jarrell Samuel, Mom Cynthia Parrott, brothers: Clive Samuel, Bryan Boland, Glenville Boland, Nigel Herbert, Rupert Herbert, Sister Bernadette Samuel-Miller, Brother in law Curtis Miller, and Sister in law Anne Marie Boland. Many Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews, close friends and co-workers. We miss and love you Cilma. Sleep in perfect peace until we meet again.
