Sylvia A. Bradley, a beloved figure in her community, passed away on January 23, 2025, at the age of 84. Born on August 21, 1940, Sylvia's life was marked by her unwavering commitment to family, her career, and her community.

Sylvia dedicated over 30 years of her professional life to Macy’s Department Store in New York City, where she served as a Sales Associate. Her work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident to all who had the pleasure of interacting with her. She built lasting relationships and was known for her professionalism and friendly demeanor.

A cherished family member, Sylvia was known for showing up to family functions whenever possible, showcasing her love and support for her relatives. She possessed a kind and caring heart, always understanding, and making others feel at ease. Sylvia was a source of comfort and guidance, always easy to talk to when in need.

Sylvia had a passion for various hobbies that brought joy to her life. She enjoyed bowling, playing bingo, going for walks, and doing puzzles, activities that she often shared with her loved ones, creating happy memories together.

Throughout her life, Sylvia took great pride in being a wonderful and caregiving person, particularly with her involvement in the seniors club, where she made notable contributions to the well-being of others.

She leaves behind her beloved son, Jeffrey Bradley, and daughter-in-law, Monica Bradley, along with another daughter-in-law, Toni Hanna. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, including Tamara Read, DeAura Bradley, and grandsons, Jamel and Justin Bradley. She was also a doting great-grandmother to Leo, Jade, Jalyssa, Jamiya, Jada, Ava, Jayvion, Chace, and Avery Bradley.

Sylvia is survived by her sister, Katie Clark, and cousin, Elosie Richardson. She is preceded in death by her cherished husband, Edward Bradley, her son, Mark Bradley, and sisters, Minnie Bell Lee and Susie Bell Drayton. Additionally, she also mourns the loss of her godson, Alcue Drayton (Ollie), and friend, Artie Brown.

Visitation services will be held on January 31, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 AM, both taking place at Plinton Curry Funeral Home located at 428 Elizabeth Ave, Franklin Township, NJ 08873.

Sylvia A. Bradley is remembered as a special woman with a caring heart and a loving spirit, whose presence enriched the lives of many. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
