Obituary

Marian Small was born in Ravenel South Carolina April 22, 1940, and was raised in Charleston South Carolina. When Marian turned 21 years old, she moved to Highland Park New Jersey. She then moved to New Brunswick New Jersey, where she raised her family and spent the remainder of her life. 

Marian loved helping people and was the foundation of her family. She was a nurse aid at Willow Creek Rehabilitation Center, for 30 years where she also retired.

Her hobbies includes spending time with her family and friends. She also loved to shop, (playing card games such as spades). Her favorite hobby was cooking .

Marian's smile lit up the room. She was a person that everyone can go to for anything. She was a homebody and a well known neighborhood watcher . She lived, laughed and loved to the fullest. Marian's fondest moments was becoming a great grandmother.

Marian was predeceased by her parents Johnnie Small and Alberta Bryant. She leaves behind to cherish her memories with her two daughters Marian Jeannie Small, Shakira Small, her son Eric Small, her six grandchildren Preston Forster, Capricia Small, Darrius Small, Tierra Johnson, Tyrese Ellis, Mekhi Greene, and her great-grandchild Amari Miguel Reyes. Until we meet again in paradise.... you will always be in our hearts
