Obituary of Georgia Lee Frazier

Obituary Ms. Georgia Lee Frazier was born on September 6,1931 In Dawson, Georgia to the late Richard and Essie Mae Frazier. Georgia was educated in the public-school system of Dawson County. At the age of 18, Georgia relocated to Newark New Jersey where she worked a few jobs until she begun employment at Woodbridge Developmental Center. Here she worked for over 20 years until her retirement in 1993. Georgia resided in East Orange, New Jersey until she received her wings and was called home on May 7th, 2020 Georgia leaves behind to cherish her memories, her Domestic Partner of 60 years Eddie Mitchell Jr of the Home, 12 children: Cynthia Frazier of Newark New Jersey, Renee (Tony) Hughes of Irvington New Jersey, Cheryl (Wesley) Willis of East Orange New Jersey, Cornell (Robyn) Frazier, of East Orange New Jersey, Angela ( Clarence) Welch of Greenville, North Carolina and Citronelle Alabama, Yolanda Frazier of East Orange, New Jersey, Willie Mitchell, of Newark, New Jersey, Inetha Mitchell, Jackie Bussey, Bernard Bussey of Augusta Georgia and Leon (Barbara) Mitchell Of North Augusta. 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild. Georgia Frazier also leaves to cherish her memory, her good good friend, sister in Christ, and The World’s Best Secret Keeper, Grandma Charlotte Koonce. Meeting her at the Golden Gate is her adopted son, David “Bo” Ellis and a host of cousins and friends.
