When Aunt Betty came to visit us in Texas, she was always so caring, kind and loving towards us. She will forever be missed by us all and we will forever hold a special place in our hearts for her.

We will miss our Aunt Betty very much. She came to visit her family in Port Arthur, Tx several times over the years. And she loved talking politics with my husband Joe. She will be truly missed by all of her nieces, nephews and family in Texas.

My life has been incredibly blessed by knowing Mama Betty. From the first day of meeting her, she poured into me and it went beyond that GREAT gumbo she made. From that day on she didn't only feed me physically but emotionally and spiritually. We would have lunch, watch TV and have some of the funniest conversations. I will forever cherish those memories and carry her in my heart.

Q: How did you meet Betty?
A: At a family function cookout ,she was my cousin wife mother. I was shocked and amazed when I found out. She had this look like don't say nothing out of pocket to me LOL. Her looks said one thing her personality was another. I enjoyed being around her seeing her let her hair down at the cookout around family and friends. Every time I seen Miss Betty she was dressed for the Runway. So beautiful and well put together a strong woman a phenomenal woman. I said I wanted to be just like that woman one day. everyone loved her, I've heard her name all over the town. Miss Betty outlaw Ms outlaw call Miss outlaw , I was like who's this Miss Betty Outlaw? Turned out we were connected through family members. She will be missed job well done in and around Jersey City. Monique Cleveland and cousin Crystal you have my deepest condolences.
